July 18, 2026 will be a wedding I’ll be talking about for a long time.
We had the pleasure of celebrating with Olivia and Ken at the beautiful Emerald Ballroom at Crystal Springs Resort. Even though I’ve performed at Ballyowen and Black Bear Golf Club in the past, this was my first wedding in the Emerald Ballroom.
With more than 200 guests in attendance, this wedding had an incredible energy from the very beginning. We provided the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Before the guests arrived, we transformed the ballroom with our full production, including sound, intelligent lighting, live drums, CO2 cannon, disco ball, custom monogram, and live saxophone.
The ceremony took place outside on the lawn and was officiated by a relative of the coupleAfterward, everyone enjoyed cocktail hour before making their way into the Emerald Ballroom.
The introductions were absolutely electric. Our saxophone player led the way, the bridal party poured onto the dance floor with incredible energy, and when Olivia and Ken made their entrance, the room exploded. From that moment on, the dance floor never slowed down.
One of my favorite moments of the night came when Olivia walked over and asked if we could play the Tarantella. I couldn’t wait to bring back the classic “Tarantella Around the Tables.” Within seconds, every single guest was on the dance floor!
From the first dance until the very last song, the energy never let up. The combination of an amazing couple, family and friends who came ready to celebrate, and an incredible venue made this one of the most memorable weddings we’ve ever been a part of.
Congratulations again to Olivia and Ken. Thank you for allowing DJ Live to be part of such an unforgettable day. This one is definitely in the record books.
