On September 7th, I had the pleasure of doing a wedding for Rachel and Brian at West Hills Country Club in Middletown. This venue is one of the Hudson Valley’s most beautiful event spaces, with a great outdoor ceremony area and a beautiful reception tent that gives couples the best of both indoor and outdoor settings.
Rachel and Brian’s day was a perfect example of how a wedding can be unforgettable without needing every add-on. They chose our basic package, and it was still full of energy, music, and packed dance floors.
The ceremony took place outside under clear skies, followed by a relaxed cocktail hour with music setting the vibe. Guests then moved into the main reception tent for a night of nonstop fun.
Rachel and Brian love K-pop, so I created a custom K-pop mashup that the crowd seemed to love! The couple and their bridal party also surprised everyone with two choreographed dances. One highlight was their routine to Olly Murs’ “Dance with Me Tonight,” where I added a voice-over that included Brian’s name. Another came when they brought the energy with “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” from Mulan. Both moments were so fun to watch.
By the end of the night, the floor was packed, and the celebration never slowed down.
