Friday night we had the pleasure of providing entertainment for Emma’s Sweet 16 at Villa Borghese in Wappingers Falls. Most of the time we are at this venue for weddings, so it was great to bring the energy for a kids party.
I worked closely with Emma’s mom, who organized the night. Emma gave us a fun playlist that set the tone right away. The dance floor filled quickly, and the guests never stopped.
There were about 100 people in attendance, mostly Emma’s friends from her dance school. They performed choreographed routines throughout the night and even took over the stages to show off their moves. The few boys who were there and Emma’s family joined in, but the energy came from the girls who kept the dance floor alive.
Emma also had a traditional candle lighting ceremony. She called up her friends and family members one by one to share the moment, which made it personal and memorable.
We provided sound, lighting, and a photo booth. The disco ball helmet made another appearance, which had everyone cheering! The combination of great music, choreography, and fun enhancements created an unforgettable night for Emma and her guests.
If you are planning a Sweet 16 or milestone celebration, Villa Borghese is an excellent venue. Whether it’s a wedding or a birthday, the venue delivers.
